A. Taxes are not included in the rates listed above. The taxes are 15.50% TN State and Davidson County sales tax plus $2.50 per night TN Occ. tax.

4.Payment is by credit card through our booking system. The rental agreement terms and quote to book and pay will be emailed to you when you send a Booking Request.
6. Once you have agreed to our rental terms and made your first payment of at least 50% of your rental total (if more than 30 days away unless otherwise stated) then you will receive a receipt of payment and you are BOOKED.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. Cancellation Policy: Should you cancel your reservation, there will be a cancellation fee retained from your deposit. We will attempt to re-book the unit to mitigate our damages, but in the event we are not successful, the following rules apply: Cancellations more than 45 days prior to first day of booking: 10% of the rental deposit monies paid will be retained. Cancellations less than 45 days prior to first day of booking: 10% of the rental deposit monies paid if we re-book the dates at full rate. If we are not successful in re-booking, then the fee retained will be 50% of the total rent. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to first day of booking: 10% of the rental deposit monies paid if we re-book the dates. If we are not successful in re-booking, then there will be no refund. All monies paid will be retained by Owner. Cancellations for holidays or special events: No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the first day of booking. All monies will be retained by Owner. 10% of the rental deposit monies paid if we re-book the dates. Cancellations received prior to that time will be subject to the 10% of the rental deposit monies paid cancellation fee. No Shows: Forfeit all monies paid. No refunds are given for shortened stays. In order to avoid these fees, please avoid making a reservation, unless you are sure all your parties agree on the date, accommodation type, and cancellation policy.
All payment is through our booking system. No e-checks are accepted.
Major credit cards accepted. 50% of the Grand Total is due and payable at the time of the reservation. The balance will be due and payable 30 days prior to check in (unless otherwise stated). Should your dates be less than 30 days away (unless otherwise stated) then we would require the full payment in order to reserve. Reservation is not confirmed until all balances are paid in full.
