Q. When is check-in?

A. Check-in is 4:00pm.

 

Q. When is checkout?

A. Checkout is 11:00am.

 

Q. Am I allowed to check-in early or check-out late? 

 

We are happy to accommodate early or late Check-Ins if possible. Check-In is from 4:00 PM-8:00 PM (CST).  If you are interested in an earlier check-in please ask our property manager when you touch base a couple of days prior to your arrival date. As we do a lot of last minute bookings we really do not know if we are able to accommodate your request until closer to the date of your arrival.  If you are arriving on an early flight, we are happy to welcome you and store your luggage until your Loft is ready if we cannot give you an early check-in. 

 

Check-Out time is 11 a.m.  Please understand that we may have another guest checking in and we need time to make the room ready. If you are interested in a late check-out please ask us and we will do our best to accommodate you!  If a late check-out is not possible we may also be able to store your luggage for you so you can enjoy your last day in Nashville before heading out.

 

Q. What is your Cancellation Policy? 


A. ​CANCELLATION: Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. There will be a cancellation fee retained from rental deposit monies paid for all cancellations. We will attempt to re-book the unit to mitigate our damages, but in the event we are not successful, the following rules apply: 

Cancellations more than 45 days prior to first day of booking: 10% of the rental deposit monies paid will be retained.

Cancellations less than 45 days prior to first day of booking:  10% of the rental deposit monies paid if we re-book the dates for the full rental amount unless unit can be re-booked at an equal rate. If we are not successful in re-booking at full rate or an equal rate, then the fee retained will be 50% of the total rent. 

Cancellations less than 7 days prior to first day of booking:  10% of the rental deposit monies paid if we re-book the dates for the full rental amount unless unit can be re-booked at an equal rate. If we are not successful in re-booking at full rate or an equal rate then there will be no refund. All monies paid will be retained by Owner.

Cancellations for holidays or special events:  No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the first day of booking.  All monies will be retained by Owner. 10% of the rental deposit monies paid if we re-book the dates at an equal rate. Cancellations received prior to that time will be subject to the 10% of the rental deposit monies paid cancellation fee.

No Shows: Forfeit all monies paid.  No refunds are given for shortened stays. In order to avoid these fees, please avoid making a reservation, unless you are sure all your parties agree on the date, accommodation type, and cancellation policy.


Q. My friends and I are coming to Nashville to celebrate a Bachelor/Bachelorette Party. What is your policy? 


​A. We do welcome groups gathering for Bachelor/Bachelorette trips but, we do not allow the activities that go along with these gatherings within our property. We basically do not want a scene from the movie Hangover. We ask that you respect our property as you would your own home. There are surrounding guests and neighbors so please be respectful of their privacy and vacation enjoyment.


Q. Is there any hidden fees that I should know about? 


A. We do not charge any fees except taxes required by law! There are no hidden fees. We are not commission based so there is no reason to pile on extra fees. Our team is here to assist you in every way possible to make your vacation the best!


Q. How close are the lofts to the Honky Tonks, Titans Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Municipal Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame, 2nd Avenue, The Ryman and more?

 

A. The Lofts are approximately a 2-5 minute walk at most from each of the venues mentioned above.

 

 

Q. How will I get keys to the loft?

 

A. We have our property manager meet you upon your arrival at the lofts to show you  the electronic keypad access codes. The contact info for the property manager with the exact address to the lofts will be provided to you upon final payment. 

 

 

Q. Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?

 

A. No need to bring your own linens and towels. Our housekeeper will be providing fresh linens and towels at the beginning of your stay.

 

 

Q. Are there cooking utensils stocked in the kitchen?

 

A. Yes, the kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and we encourage you to cook your own meals unless, of course, cooking isn’t your ideal vacation activity. There are tons of great restaurants within walking distance to choose from.

 

Q. Are there blow-dryers, irons and ironing boards in the lofts? 

 

A. Each loft is equipped with a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. 

 

Q. Where can I park?

 

A. Parking is not included with rentals. There are two pay to park-parking garages on either side of Printers Alley just a seconds walk from the Lofts. Our property manager will be happy to direct you to where you can rent a parking spot upon your arrival. We are not affiliated with the parking garages so this is something that you arrange upon arrival. Our property manager will be happy to get you to the right place for you to reserve a parking spot. 

 

 

Q. Can I store my luggage for the day?

 

A. We offer complimentary luggage storage for our guests, allowing them to store items for the entire day. 

 

 

Q. Can I request an air mattress if needed?

 

A. An air mattress can be provided with linens for additional guests as long as the additional cost for extra guests have been paid. Based on 2 people per air mattress the following is supplied: One air mattress per each of the following lofts: Gallery Loft, Urban Loft, Deluxe Penthouse, Penthouse, City Loft Penthouse, Flat, Suite, Studio. Two air mattresses for the Grand Loft. Please request the air mattress ONE DAY prior to your arrival date with our Property Manager. Guests are responsible to inflate the air mattress.  The contact info for our property manager will be included on the Arrival and Check-in Info sheet when you make your final payment. 

 

The City licenses each loft for a “maximum number of guests” allowed to occupy each Loft. Generally 2 people per bedroom plus 4 additional people. We can provide an air mattress with linens to accommodate the additional people. Our maximum number of guests is set individually on a per loft basis and might be less than allowed by state law. As each loft is played out differently we want to make sure there is safe and clear access to all emergency exits. 

Q.Why would the rates be higher than advertised for my requested dates?

 

A. Nashville has tons of Special Events throughout the year. The base rates as advertised are for non-event and non-holiday times. Please inquire for the rates during Special Events and Holidays.

 

Q. How much is it for additional guests?

 

A. Please note-Rates posted on VRBO/HomeAway and our website are for 2 people as stated for The Flat, The Suite and The Studio. The posted rates for The Grand and Urban Loft is for 8 people.  The Gallery Loft is for 10 people. The Deluxe Penthouse, Penthouse and City Loft Penthouse are for 4 people. Additional people up to the maximum per unit are subject to a $25.00 USD per night per additional person rate for the Flat, Suite and Studio. The Deluxe Penthouse and Penthouse extra person rate is $50 per night per additional person. Gallery, Grand and Urban Loft is $100 per additional person. Please note that the posted rates on VRBO, HomeAway and the website are for non-event and non-holiday times. Special Events and Holidays prices are subject to change. Please inquire. 

 

Q. Is there internet access?

 

A. Yes, we have high speed wireless internet throughout our lofts. 

 

Q. Do you allow pets?

 

A. Dogs are allowed, with prior written owner consent however there is a nonrefundable pet fee of $50 per pet.

 

Q. Is there daily housekeeping service?

 

A. There is not a daily housekeeping service. However, if you are interested, this can be provided at an additional fee.

 

Q. Can I reserve for one night?

 

A. The Printers Alley Lofts normally has a 2 night minimum. Exceptions are sometimes made so please inquire.
